Vizmo is a NOVATech 2009 Winner

That's right!

Yesterday, October 13th, we won 2nd place at the NOVATech 2009 Business Plan competition.

NOVATech is a regional competition covering Eastern & Central Europe and Israel. We of course represented Israel. NOVATech Winners compete at the IBTEC, the international competition at UC Berkley. Winning 2nd place got us $10K cash prize, and at IBTEC we stand the chance of winning a $25K prize.

Other than the cash prize we also got to meet interesting team from foreign countries, and had a lot of fun pitching Vizmo in a 15 minutes presentation (+15 minutes for Q&A).

We're developing the business of Vizmo with the generous aid of the Technion Innovation Lab. We would like to thank Ayala Berenson, Sharon Tal-Itzkovitch and Uzi De-Haan for the help they've given us, and for the help they're giving us still.

There were seven judges who we asked to choose better customer service for everyone. So, we've won with the promise of making better customer service a reality, and we're going to make it a reality.
